Katrina Fludd

Katrina Fludd is a changemaker, executive coach and speaker immersed in building solutions that create and innovate diversity, equity and inclusion  for communities and cultures of belonging.

After earning a B.S in Management and a MA in Global Entrepreneurship Management from Babson College, Katrina spent five years at Babson College building innovative student centered programs to drive admission, student life, staff, faculty, alumni engagement and local community engagement with the intention of better understanding how to position diversity, equity and inclusion for more impactful outcomes. In 2016, Katrina joined Princeton University as an inaugural Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist co-creating and implementing strategies for inclusion across the entire employee lifecycle including employer branding, recruitment, leadership engagement, learning and development and inclusive climates for over 5000 employees. Most recently, Katrina served as Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion of LeaderFit, a mission driven executive search firm where she co-created human centered strategies for both the internal professional development and branding goals of the team as well as educating and supporting client goals.

Having led countless workshops, speaking at conferences, developing initiatives, advising and navigating conflicts, she saw many leaders, managers and fellow practitioners struggle with identifying the right problems when it comes to inclusion and blindly spending budgets only to remain stagnant and reactive to current events. These occurrences led her to see design thinking as a valuable tool that could be a powerful baseline for a transformational approach or paradigm shift for how we support diversity and inclusion. As a result, Katrina founded the company, Kelda & Co. to develop those insights, and bring clarity to what can feel like chaos.

In her personal life, Katrina also commits to mindfulness, meditation, and wellness practices while seeking to inspire and bring awareness to the power of living outside of your comfort zone to create joy and success.
